1. How long can I receive the order?

We ship from China. Orders take 1to 3 days of processing time before shipment. Deliveries usually take 1 week to 3 weeks! However, if you have not received the goods within 2 months, please contact us.

2. Buy as a gift, can it arrive early?

If you buy as a gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. If you want to arrive on time, please talk to us before placing an order and we will provide you with the right solution.

3. How long will the refund be received? And which account will received?

Your money will refund to the original account, the speed depend on the account you have. If you still not getting your money in 3 days, please contact us, we will tracking it for you.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order and receive a refund when the order has not been issued. When the order is sent, it cannot be cancelled because it already in transit!

5. Can I return/exchange the items?
